This year we are offering a payment plan for Born to Drum registration to make it easier for women to attend. Here are the details:
- The payment plan is available for registration for the full weekend.
- There is no fee for using the payment plan.
- You can pay for your registration in partial payments in the amounts and on the schedule you choose, with these exceptions:
- The first payment must be $100 or more.
- The final payment must be made by June 15.
- Payments can be by check or money order, bank check, etc. but not by credit card.
- To receive the early registration discount -- a savings of $35 -- the final payment must be made on or before May 15. If the final payment is made after May 15, the regular registration fee will apply.
- If the final payment is not made by June 15, the registration is cancelled, and the cancellation policy will apply.
- The cancellation policy applies to all Born to Drum registrations, including those made through the payment plan.
Example: Here is an example of how the payment plan works. Suppose you wanted to camp and wanted to receive the Early Registration discount. You would need to make an initial payment of at least $100 and would need to make your final payment by May 15. So you might decide to make three equal payments of $133 each, perhaps one each in March, April, and the last one on May 10.
This is just an example of course. You can choose the amount and timing of the payments so long as your final payment is made by June 15 – or by May 15 to receive the early registration discount.
Payments should be mailed to
