Daily Schedule This outline will give you an idea of how our three days together are planned. Detailed schedules are available above. A few classes have a limit on the number of women who can attend. These are: Bata, Taiko, Native American circle, and the sweat lodge. For these classes we will have a modified lottery. If you want to take a class that has a limit, you can participate in the lottery when you register. Let Jackie know through email if you are arriving Saturday or Sunday and want to attend a class with limited enrollment. Your email should state whether the class is in your primary area of study. |
Friday
Registration begins at 1pm on Friday. Registration and the Camp store are in the Visitor Center/Camp Store which will be well signed. Note: A group of young people will be leaving in the morning and the Ranch staff will be preparing the dorms and bathrooms for us. Dorms will be available after the first class. Please do not use the dorms until we let you know they are available. Dorm availability will be posted in the camp store/registration building. Camping areas and semi-private and private rooms will be available at 1pm. Semi-private and private rooms are assigned. You will get information on your room when you register. It's ok to set up your camp when you arrive. If you have questions or need anything, please see the Born to Drum staff in the registration area.
There will be 2 class sessions, with 9 classes to choose from in each session, in the afternoon and an opening program in the evening. The first class will be at 2:30. Please register before class.
A facilitated drum circle will follow the evening program. Since we're starting after lunch you may want to bring a snack. |
Saturday
We will have a full day of 4 sessions, with 6 - 8 different classes in each, and an evening program. A facilitated drum circle will follow the evening program. The marketplace will be open on Saturday and Sunday.

There will be 2 sessions, with 8 or 9 classes in each, and a closing circle. The marketplace will be open on Saturday and Sunday. The closing circle will conclude at 4pm. |
Tee Shirts and water bottles will be available for purchase at the camp store (in the Visitor Center) during registration, at dinner, and before the programs. Teacher CDs will be available for purchase at the Camp Store in the Visitor Center during registration, at dinner, and before the programs. The Marketplace will be open on Saturday and Sunday. It will be located on the cafeteria patio. Products and services include drums and other instruments, clothing, jewelry. Massage will be available. |
