Marketplace

The Marketplace will back for Born to Drum 2010. Much thanks to all our vendors who made the 2009 marketplace such fun. Of particular interest are percussion instruments, drum bags, soaps, herbal teas, clothes, jewelry, etc  We welcome other visual arts as well as services such as massage and body work.  This is a women-only event and vendors must be female.

Spaces are approximately 10' by 10' and outside, so we recommend a canopy or umbrella.

More information will be available as we get closer to camp.

Programs and Activities

We added some wonderful programs and activities in 2009 and hope to make these a regular part of Born to Drum and in some case to expand them. These are the new things we added.

  • Drum jam at the fire pit!

  • Open Mic.

  • Transformational Ritual Healing Circle

  • Dance

  • Special Activities Time -

  • Spirit Lodge

Work-Study

The work study staff for Born to Drum 2009 were just stellar. This program is necessary to making the camp happen and the wonderful women on work study brought many talents, great attitudes, and a lot of energy and enthusiasm that contributed enormously to the success of Born to Drum 2009. We will need a strong work study staff again for Born to Drum 2010. Applications aren't open yet but look for announcements.
